After working with clients one-on-one, we see them develop a more peaceful relationship with food and their bodies, they feel more energized and optimistic, and they begin to make space in their lives for the things that truly matter to them.

Through ongoing sessions, we work to come up with a personalized plan to help clients feel better about their food choices.

Here is how we can make that happen for you:

1. Let’s chat on the phone! Schedule your 15-minute initial phone consult where we can learn more about your goals and share information about our appointments.

2. We meet for an hour-long initial session where we will get a full history, covering food intake, movement, sleep, medical history, stress, and any other factors that might be impacting your goals.

3. We offer 50 or 30-minute follow-up appointments to continue working towards your goals, answer your questions, and individualize your plan moving forward.

In between sessions, we are available by e-mail and through our patient portal for any questions or updates.

Every one of our Nutritional Counseling clients is unique and the amount of one-on-one sessions differs between individuals. Through our sessions, we come up with an individualized plan for your specific needs.

Please contact us for a free phone consultation prior to meeting and we can discuss your goals and appointment information!

We are out of network and provide paperwork at the end of sessions to send to your insurance for possible reimbursement. 

We also offer a sliding scale for those who have any financial hardships. Please contact us to discuss available options.
