Testimonials
"Working with Mary Frances has been life changing. I have had such a negative experience with my body image that greatly affected my relationship with food and Mary Frances has helped me break that down. Food isn't a source of guilt, a number on a scale does not increase or decrease my worth and how to redirect my thoughts to respect my body. She has given me tools that I need to begin to feel comfortable in my own skin and I am forever grateful!"- SF
