Tepper Nutrition team stands and smiles at the camera behind a countertop. They serve Pennsylvania dietitian and nutritionist clients.

After working with Pennsylvania clients one-on-one, we see them develop a more peaceful relationship with food and their bodies, they feel more energized and optimistic, and they begin to make space in their lives for the things that truly matter to them.

Tepper Nutrition has been helping clients in the DC area since 2016 and now our dietitians are seeing clients in Pennsylvania!

Through ongoing counseling sessions, we work to come up with a personalized plan to help clients feel better about their food choices.

Connecting with an online dietitian nutritionist as a Pennsylvania resident can significantly improve your nutritional health. With access to a variety of regional foods, such as fresh produce from local farms, many cultural hubs in major cities serving a variety of cuisines, and classic Pennsylvania Dutch ingredients, an online dietitian can help you create balanced meal plans tailored to your tastes and health goals. Providing personalized guidance, improving wellness outcomes, and understanding your health goals are some discussions that will happen. The convenience of virtual consultations allows you to fit nutrition into your busy schedule, ensuring you have the support you need to achieve lasting wellness and a healthier lifestyle from the comfort of your home.

Serving clients in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Allentown, Easton, Lancaster and beyond in PA.

Here is how we can make that happen for you:

1. Let’s chat on the phone! Reach out and we will schedule our 15-minute initial phone consult where we can learn more about your goals and share a bit about our appointments.

2. We meet for an hour-long initial session where we will take a look at your experiences with food, your current lifestyle, what’s working for you and what areas can use improvement. We will cover food intake, exercise, sleep, stress and anything else that might be impacting your overall health. From there we will determine which option of meeting will work best for you to help you reach your goals.

3. Over the course of our time together, we will work to execute your nutrition and wellness plan. In follow up appointments, we will discuss your progress since we last met – what has worked and what do we need to change? What questions came up and what was challenging since we last met? At the end of each session, we create two to three goals to work towards until our next session.

In-between sessions, we are available by e-mail if any questions come up or if you want to share updates. Our team of Dietitian Nutritionists are here to support you each step of the way and can’t wait to work with you!
