Testimonials
“I was feeling really lost and confused in the land of diet culture before I turned to Tepper Nutrition. My dietician, Grace, was super warm and approachable and created a safe space for me to talk through all my concerns and provided solid guidance. Her counseling helped me establish healthy habits and transform my relationship with food and body image. I just wish I had met her earlier in life! I’m very thankful for the positive outlook I have now thanks to our partnership.”— MM
“Grace’s approach was amazing because it involved our whole family. Parental consultation as well as direct sessions with our son ensured everyone was bought-in and we accomplished our goals as a family" — BB
“Meeting with Grace for a consultation about prenatal dietary needs made me feel so much more secure as my partner and I approach pregnancy. I feel so much more knowledgeable about the dietary needs of a pregnant mama and realistic goals for how to improve my nutrition for pregnancy. My favorite part about our consultations was how personalized Grace's goals were for me and my lifestyle. The goals we set together were very manageable and she explained how the changes will impact my body for the better. To top it off, Grace is just the sweetest, most down-to-Earth person and it was a delight working with her!” - JM
“When I first met Grace I was in a terrible place with my health, but after working with her I was able to overcome my anxiety around food and regain my confidence. Grace is very kindhearted and worked with me to set manageable goals and develop a healthy mindset around my body. The way I see myself and my IBS has changed for the better and I have Grace to thank for that!” -JLM
“I would 10/10 recommend Grace to anyone who wanted a supportive, friendly, dietitian. I was extremely intimidated to start seeing a dietitian due to being obese & fear of being judge. Grace completely evaporated those fears within our first meeting. She was willing to work with my crazy schedule & it was never "well this is what you have to do", it was always "how can we make this work for you, what modifications would help you to achieve your goals". I never felt judged by Grace and that was my biggest fear. I was able to open up to her & be honest, which helped tremendously. I will be so grateful to Grace for helping me understand & create a better relationship with food & my body.” - LF
“Grace cares about her clients. When conversing with her, I feel like I’m her only patient. She tailors my plan specifically to my wants and needs. If I slip up, Grace does not apply negativity but allows me to accept what I consider slip ups and move forward with positivity! You just have to be honest with her so you can get the help you need. Thank you Grace for everything!!”
“My sessions with Grace were like meeting with an old friend. She patiently listened, encouraged me when I was second guessing myself, and pushed me just enough our of my comfort zone to help me realize what my obstacles were in my journey with a healthy relationship with food. Without her support, thoughtful care, and encouragement I never would have met my goals.” -ED
“Grace made the whole process easy. Each recommendation was manageable and it never felt like I needed to completely change the way I eat. I now feel like I have the tools to make better plans and choices in the long term.” - RL

She worked with me at every step of the process, providing me with enough structure to make a change and enough support to feel comfortable doing so. She is an extremely calming presence, but she can also emphasize with exactly how I am feeling. I mean it when I say that she has changed my life, and I know that she can for other people too.” - MD
"Grace was wonderful, supportive, patient and kind with our daughter. She is extremely approachable, which is not always an easy feat with teenage girls. She sets forth clear and realistic expectations and is an excellent communicator with all stakeholders.
